操作指南
(a)定点偶联特异性寡核苷酸探针的一对抗体特异性识别待测抗原后，形成一个三明治双抗体夹心结构
(b)抗体上偶联的寡核苷酸靠近，在酶的作用下可连接成可扩增的双链DNA,蛋白信号转换成核酸信号
(c)经qPCR扩增后，Ct值与待测抗原浓度呈负相关，通过标准曲线即可计算代测样本中的目标抗原浓度。
